Terms of Use

Last updated 7 August 2026.

Agreement to these terms

Inlora provides a reflective self discovery service through this website and its applications. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Your date of birth is checked when you register.

What Inlora is, and what it is not

Inlora produces interpretive readings based on information you provide. The service is intended to support personal reflection and self understanding.

Inlora is not a psychometric or diagnostic instrument. It has not been clinically or scientifically validated. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind, and nothing it produces should be treated as such advice.

Inlora does not predict future events and makes no claim to do so. It makes no promise to improve your circumstances, your health, your relationships, your finances or your status.

Nothing produced by Inlora is a recommendation, an instruction or a prescription. It is a description offered for your own consideration.

Accuracy is your responsibility

Every reading is generated from the details you enter, including your name at birth, your date of birth and your place of birth. We cannot verify this information and we do not attempt to. We treat everything you enter as accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, or for any consequence of a reading generated from information that turns out to be incorrect. You can correct your details at any time in your account.

You decide what to do

Any action you take after reading anything produced by Inlora is your own decision and your own responsibility. Inlora does not direct your life, and no part of the service should be relied on as the basis for a significant decision about your health, your relationships, your employment, your finances or your safety.

Where a decision matters, seek qualified professional advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified practitioner rather than relying on anything you read here.

What we do not guarantee

The service is provided on an as is basis. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete, applicable to you or useful, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from any decision you make in connection with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Access and closure

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. You may close your account at any time, and doing so removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, that is used to abuse the service, or that belongs to someone under 16.

Updates and jurisdiction

We may update these terms. Where a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If a reading lands heavily

A reading may describe something uncomfortable. It is a description offered for reflection, not a judgement, and it is not an assessment of your mental health.

If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a qualified practitioner. In the UK you can contact Samaritans free at any hour on 116 123. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.

How the service may be used

Use Inlora for your own personal reflection. Do not use it to generate readings about other people without their knowledge, to assess anyone for employment, insurance, credit, tenancy or any similar purpose, or to make decisions about another person.

Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, interfere with the service, copy it at scale, or reproduce readings commercially. Automated collection of content is not permitted.

Who owns what

The Inlora name, the mark, the interface, the question set and the written material behind every reading belong to us. Your reading is yours to keep, print and share for your own personal use.

Readings are generated from a fixed body of written material. Two people whose details resolve to the same underlying pattern may receive similar passages, and that is a property of how the service works rather than an error.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may improve the written material behind readings over time. A reading already generated for you is kept as it was written.

The service is offered free of charge at present. If paid features are introduced later, the price and what it includes will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and existing free features will not be removed without notice.

If something is wrong

Write to hello@inloraapp.com. We aim to reply within five working days. If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Feedback and suggestions

If you send us an idea, a suggestion or a comment about the service, we may use it freely and without obligation to you. We treat feedback as non confidential. Please do not send us anything you consider secret or want paid for.

Links and third parties

Inlora relies on other companies to host the site, store data, send email and generate text. Their failures can affect the service, and we are not responsible for how they operate their own businesses.

Where the service links to another website, we do not control it and do not endorse it. If you sign in using Google, your relationship with Google is governed by their terms, not ours.

Your responsibility to us

If you use the service unlawfully, or in a way these terms prohibit, and that causes us loss, you are responsible for that loss. This does not apply to anything caused by our own failure.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. We will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from your account page. Closing it removes your profile, your answers and your readings. This cannot be undone, and a reading cannot be restored once it is gone.

We may withdraw the service entirely. If we do, we will give reasonable notice so you can save anything you want to keep.

How these terms work

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still stands.

You cannot transfer your account or your rights under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours if the service moves to another operator, and your rights will not be reduced if that happens.

We will contact you by email or through the service. Keep your email address current so you receive what we send.

If we cannot agree

Write to hello@inloraapp.com first. Most things are resolved that way. If they are not, you keep every right the law gives you as a consumer, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms requires you to give up a legal right, and nothing in them shortens a time limit the law gives you.

We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and we are not obliged to use one. If that changes we will say so here.
