Accessibility statement

Last updated 7 August 2026.

Everyone should be able to read their Inlora

We want the service to work for as many people as possible. That means you should be able to change colours and contrast, zoom to 200 per cent without content breaking, move through the site with a keyboard alone, and use a screen reader.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We are not there yet, and the next section says where.

What we know is not right

The assessment moves to the next question as soon as you choose an answer. That is fast for a mouse and can be disorienting with a screen reader, because the change is not announced.

Some body text sits at a lighter weight than ideal against a pale background, and a few contrast ratios are close to the minimum rather than comfortably above it.

Readings are long and have no summary at the top, which makes them slow to navigate with assistive technology. We have not yet tested the service with a screen reader from end to end.

If something does not work for you

Write to hello@inloraapp.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days. If you need your reading in a different format, ask and we will send it.

Reports of accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not as requests. They go to the top of the list.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 7 August 2026 after a self assessment of the service. It has not been independently audited. It will be updated as the known problems above are fixed.
